Bath/Tub/Spa Experience: Grass Tree offers a unique combination of a heated outdoor pool and spa, and an indoor freestanding bath, creating a relaxation experience rarely found within a single property in the Coles Bay region. Whether it's a morning swim, an afternoon spent poolside or an evening soak beneath the stars, every season invites guests to slow down, reconnect and unwind.
Indoor/Outdoor: Enjoy a heated outdoor pool and heated spa beneath the open sky, complemented by an indoor freestanding bath for year-round comfort and relaxation.
Welcome Pack: Guests are welcomed with a complimentary bottle of Tasmanian wine and locally made chocolate on arrival. When available, the owner's handcrafted bath salts are provided for guests to enjoy in the freestanding bath, with a complimentary jar also included as a memento of their stay. During the cooler months, a seasonal Winter Comfort Pack including hot chocolate and marshmallows for roasting is also provided. Beach towels are supplied for guest convenience throughout their stay, along with a selection of starter kitchen essentials.

Firepit: Indoor wood fireplace available year-round. Outdoor chiminea available May to September, ideal for marshmallow roasting and stargazing evenings.

Dark Sky Qualities: The outdoor pool and spa offer a relaxed setting for stargazing. Outdoor lighting is kept to a minimum to preserve the evening ambience.
