With a wood-fired hot tub, sauna, and sweeping ocean views, it's surrounded by wildlife and rugged natural beauty offering an unforgettable escape on one of Australia's most remote and spectacular islands.
Type of Tub: Soak in the elements from a west-facing, wood-fired hot tub with uninterrupted views of the wild Southern Ocean - perfect for sunset soaks and starlit skies. Just steps away, a cedar barrel sauna with a panoramic viewing window invites you to watch waves roll in and weather sweep across the horizon. A private path leads directly from the hut to your own secluded stretch of beach - untouched, windswept, and ideal for bracing ocean swims that leave you feeling completely refreshed. The hot tub is perched on a sand dune outside, overlooking the Great Southern Ocean and the island's rugged coastline.
Welcome Pack: A welcome pack is included, featuring local King Island cheese, artisanal crackers, and Tasmanian wine. We also offer a selection of heat-and-eat meals and breakfast hampers, handmade by a local chef using fresh, locally sourced produce. All toiletries, robes, towels, and linen are provided for your stay.
Pet Friendly: While we love animals, Red Rock Hut isn't pet-friendly, in order to protect the local wildlife and preserve the natural surroundings.
