Welcome Pack: We provide soap, shampoo and conditioner, bedding, bath towels, and beach towels for your use while you're here. Your stay at Thalia includes access to the Thalia  pantry, stocked with flour, sugar, cereal, olive oil, vinegar, spices, and all manner of coffee and teas. Culinary herbs grow in profusion outside the kitchen door. Please bring your own dairy, meat, seafood, fruit, veggies, and liquid refreshment.

Rustic, yes, but fear not: all the comforts you will need to relax, enjoy, and explore are at hand. We are off the grid, fully solar powered. There is no TV, VCR, wifi, or laundry facilities. Mobile reception depends on your carrier. Telstra will be fine. Other carriers can be iffy in rural areas.


Dark sky qualities: Thalia is isolated from light pollution, with remarkable night-time views of the East Coast starscape.
